**About the role**:
JBS Southern are recruiting for a Salesperson based in Port Melbourne to execute sales plans and the sales team strategy in relation to your nominated markets and customers. This key role will contribute positively to product branding and revenue maximisation strategies for the Small Stock business.

**Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Contribute positively to revenue driving initiatives, such as new product development, new market or sales channel development
- Develop new markets and products out of the traditional fresh meat and offal products
- Analyse and develop strategic pricing models
- Prepare an annual sales plan covering nominated markets and customers
- Gather market intelligence, trends and opportunities to communicate to the sales team and broader business
- Ensure key stakeholder relationships are continuously developed and maintained with key customers
- Develop and execute branded product strategy in your nominated markets and customers
- Participate in strategic brand structure reviews
- Participate in brand strategy development, new brand creation and other brand strategies as required
- Participate in trade shows, events and other public activities to promote the products and brands of the business

**About you**:

- Undergraduate qualifications in Business/Marketing
- Demonstrated good computer literacy in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
