SPIX HIRE is a family-owned business based in Sunshine North. We assist retail companies in increasing their exposure through effective advertising. Additionally, we offer 24/7 services for traffic management and infrastructure companies to facilitate road shutdowns and alert residents about upcoming closures.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Sunshine West, VIC. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing excellent customer service. Duties also include preparing sales presentations, participating in sales meetings, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies that drive sales growth. The role may also involve some administrative tasks related to sales tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or related field
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Experience in the retail or traffic management industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
