Alwyndor's welcoming, high-quality facilities include 144 residential, dementia, respite care beds, transitional and care awaiting placement beds, together with allied health, therapy and wellness programs, and home support packages that support people in Adelaide's southern metro communities.

**About the opportunity**

As part of our incredible Customer Care team, you will be the first point of contact for Alwyndor. Reporting to the Customer Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for answering phone calls and managing a switchboard. You will provide and source accurate and timely information to attend to and resolve queries.

**About you**

You will have highly developed customer service skills to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. You will also have demonstrated time management skills and switchboard / call centre experience, with confidence in managing high volume phone calls. You will be available to work a roster between the hours of 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday and participate in a rotational Saturday roster working between the hours of 9am - 4pm. Experience in aged care or a similar industry will be highly regarded.

You must also be willing to obtain a National Police Certificate before commencing employment as well as a functional assessment.
