Our team of ATM Operational Support Specialists operate globally, providing Operational expertise and Operational Training services to Bids and Projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver training within the scope of ATM system contracts
- Develop and maintain the training syllabus including production and maintenance of training methods/tooling and documentation and maintenance of eLearning syllabus/content
- Provide operational support to Verification and Validation teams. Contributing operational concept/context to the correction and validating the Problem Change Reports
- Contribute to the maintenance of traceability between customer requirements and the functional baseline
- Deliver product demonstrations

**Requirements**:

- Must have solid ATM experience and at least 5 years of Operational ATC experience across multiple disciplines
- Firm understanding and demonstrated experience in training development and instruction
- Knowledge in Operating Systems such as UNIX, Linux and Windows.
- Must be available for international travel and have valid passport
