Driven by a passion for quality, Two Hands aims to highlight the nuances of fruit expression of the Shiraz varietal from six prized and diverse wine growing regions across South Australia and Victoria. The name Two Hands is inspired by the personal, artisanal and 'hands-on' approach to the craft of wine taken by the Two Hands team. During the vintage period dinner will be supplied five nights a week (Mon-Fri).
- Prior vintage experience is desirable, but not essential.
- The ability to work extended hours during vintage in a physically demanding environment
- A high awareness of work place OH&S issues and practices and the ability to follow SOP's to perform all cellar

duties.
- A forklift license is desirable, but not essential.
- A positive 'can do' attitude towards work, and high attention to detail.
- Be able to work as part of a team but also independently when required.

A valid working VISA or Australian residency is essential for these roles
