Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to support our winemaking team with routine sampling and analysis throughout the vintage period.

  • Routine sampling and analysis of tanks
  • Testing grape samples
  • Monitoring ferments for Baume, Temperature, YAN (Yeast Assimilable Nitrogen), pH, TA (Titratable Acidity), Alcohol, Glucose & Fructose (G+F), Malolactic fermentation (Malo)

No prior experience? No worries We value a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. If you've worked in hospitality or other hands-on roles, that's a bonus.

Key Requirements
  • Physically fit and ready to roll up your sleeves
  • Able to work shifts and weekends
  • Your own reliable transport
  • Available for the full vintage period
  • At least 18 years old

Nice to have: Previous laboratory environment experience is an advantage.
