**Medical Administration Officer**

At Vida, our Admin team is the most important role in our practice - you are the front door to our business, and it goes without saying it's all about the personal qualities that you bring to the table. You are calm and collected, patient and empathetic and have an eye for detail.

You are open to new people and ideas, culturally sensitive, and able to greet and speak to clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Ideally, you have previous experience in a busy medical or allied health practice position where you can exhibit your excellence in:

- Meeting and greeting clients face to face
- Telephone engagement
- Diary and appointment management
- Data Entry and accuracy, following up on client forms
- Payment processing including EFT, Medicare rebates and HICAPS
- Workflow, task management and prioritization skills
- General housekeeping of practice

We're looking for someone to make the role theirs, having a resourceful and problem solving nature and to understand confidentiality when managing client/patient information.

We use Freshdesk, Power Diary, and Eway as well as Windows-based software, so it would be great if you did too But if not, we are willing to show you how.

The position we are looking to fill is an ongoing part time position, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 10:00am-6:00pm.

This position would not be suitable to students or people who have other commitments within these hours. We endeavor to have you here long-term, so this position will not be considering working holiday makers, international students, or people who are not already permanent residents of Australia.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
