If you've got a naturally creative flair, love filming, editing, and delivering engaging stories through various types of digital media, this unique opportunity would be one to consider We are looking for someone who can build inspiring and engaging digital content - in fact be an exceptional storyteller and inspire 47000 plus team members through our digital communications platform. The role is within the Corporate Affairs function and is available on a 8-month fixed-term contract.

**What you'll be doing**:

- You will lead the creation of content for the new internal communications platform in line with the Kmart strategic communications agenda.
- Use your technical capability to create high-quality digital content including filming, recording, editing and preparing content for various digital platforms and multiple audiences.
- Develop content plans that deliver on bringing to life the values, vision and strategy of our business.
- Manage large-scale, complex, strategic communications projects within approved budget, while ensuring tight deadlines are met.
- Monitor and analyse digital content performance metrics to optimise content and improve engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital platforms and trends to ensure Kmart is utilising the most effective channels.

**To be successfull in this team you will have**:

- Experience with filming, editing, and delivering engaging communication content and be able to showcase some of your digital content if requested.
- A curious and imaginative mindset and enjoy experimenting with different communications channels, tools, and formats.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
- The ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- The ability to work autonomously and hold yourself accountable to delivering set goals.
