**Your impact**

We're currently on the lookout for an Operations Team Leader to work at our facility in Prospect on afternoon shifts. Reporting into the Operations Coordinator you will play in integral role within the facility, leading a crew to complete tasks in a safe environment and fostering a strong sense of safety and chain of responsibility within the team. This is your opportunity to bring your experience and skillset to the leading beverage manufacturer in Australia, having a positive impact on the lives our customers and consumers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Leading daily start-up/toolbox talks
- Third party supplier management, such as transport providers
- Improving organisation effectiveness through the development and deployment of solutions to improve productivity and drive a performance culture
- Maintaining the workflow of your team and assigning tasks as required
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Development and training of team members
- Ensuring adherence to our policies and operating procedures
- Standardisation of processes and controls
