The Role
We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate people to work with our brands on a casual basis across the seasonal period, commencing in October 2025 to the end of January 2026. The ideal candidate is to have flexibility in working across weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities
Support the team in achieving sales targetsHandle transactions for all types of sales according to company policyEnsure the store is always presentable, clean and tidyEnsure products are displayed in accordance with company guidelinesAssist with daily and monthly stocktake and stock managementKeep up to date with new products, promotions and participate in regular trainingFollow up with customers via email and phone regarding warranty and repairsAlways ensure the highest level of customer service
Skills And Experience
Experience working within retail salesHighly developed and proven customer service skillsOrganised and time efficientExcellent oral and written communication skillsPositive attitudeFull availability across peak season including weekends and public holidaysPassion for watches or previous watch experience highly desirable but not essential
