**ROLE**

As an Account Manager/Digital Solutions Advisor, you will be responsible for serving as the client advocate while balancing the best interests of our client. You will be the client's voice and work closely with internal teams to deliver a successful product that aligns with the client's expectations, business needs, and scope of work. You will meet prospective clients with the support of the Sales and Business Development team and understand their needs, project size, and scope, and discuss high-level expectations, providing digital advice where necessary.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage accounts of all sizes while representing your team externally with clients and supporting positions internally.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the client's position in the market and manage client input and feedback for all projects with detailed directions and timelines.
- Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels and manage and coach the internal team on how to deliver a successful client experience
- Remain connected to clients and the ever-changing market to access new search opportunities and ensure all viable clients are engaged on a regular and adequate basis
- Understand trends that influence the projects/clients we undertake.
- Work closely with the Project Managers, add to the strategic direction of new initiatives/services that could help us grow our business and better serve our clients
- Enrich our customer journeys, identify opportunities to introduce clients to use other business services such as data analytics, branding, design, or marketing as part of their roadmap
- Manage responses to selected public tenders, contribute to proposals, and assist with identifying client needs based on preliminary conversations
- At times, ad hoc producer support may be required to help reach project goals.

- Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably in a digital agency
- Strong understanding of digital products, web and mobile development, and design
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying attention to detail
- A proactive and client-focused mindset.
