Group Strategy Manager

The Group Strategy & Innovation team is at the forefront of driving this transformation. We support the CEO, the Board, and the senior management team with the development of the Bank's strategic agenda - identifying and managing emerging and strategic risks and working with the businesses and functions to drive the implementation of strategic initiatives.

As **Manager, Group Strategy**, you will work closely with the Team Lead, Group Strategy and the Head of Group Strategy & Innovation in developing and executing Great Southern Banks's strategy. You will work across a diverse range of projects encompassing all elements of strategy and corporate development including growth and market entry, product development, marketing and distribution, process improvement, optimisation, and M&A.

**What we're looking for**
- At least 3 years of consulting experience from a Management Consulting firm or in a Corporate Strategy role providing strategic advice at an Executive level
- An innovative and strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving approach, and strong attention-to-detail
- An influential communicator who can synthesise complex information and ideas succinctly and rally the broader organisation to deliver our strategy
- Resilience, self-efficacy, and a high motivation to thrive in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment
- Commercially astute and passionate about being data-driven
- Ability to lead and manage projects with multiple stakeholders
- A degree or post-graduate qualifications in a related discipline (Finance, Business, MBA)
