**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and secure event sales opportunities in the hospitality and events sectors (e.g., corporate events, private functions, weddings).
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, venues, and partners.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring seamless event planning handovers to our operations team.
- Regularly report on sales targets and pipeline progress.

**Requirements**:

- ** Proven Sales Experience**: Ideally in hospitality, events, or a related field. Strong network and the ability to hit the ground running.
- ** Entrepreneurial Mindset**: As an independent contractor, you'll be running your own business within our business. You must be self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- ** Excellent Communication Skills**: Ability to build rapport, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
- ** Flexibility**: Comfortable working on a commission-only basis. You must have a drive for success and the discipline to manage your time independently.

**What You'll Need**:

- An ABN (Australian Business Number) - to invoice us for your commission.
- Access to your own tools, such as phone, laptop, and a big personality.
- Relevant business insurance (we can advise on this).
- Contract Type: Independent Contractor (Commission Only)
