- Exceed customer expectations and ensure customer delight
- Supervising doggy daycare and conduct dog walks
- Meeting and greeting customer and taking phone inquiries
- Taking grooming notes and working with the team
- Retail sales and customer satisfaction
- Helping with dogs in preparation for grooming
- Take pride in product displays and store presence
- Social Media Posts
- Great Exposure to the growing doggy industry

**About you**
- An outgoing, proactive and driven personality
- Ability to multitask
- A genuine passion for customer service and sales
- Minimum 1-2 years retail or grooming experience
- Must be available Monday and Tuesdays potential for other days
- Must love dogs
