**The role**

As our Manager Everyday Banking you will manage the product portfolio and drive sustainable, safe deposit growth, by developing innovative responses to a changing competitive landscape. With the customer voice at the core of your actions, key elements are to:

- Manage product portfolio performance and engage with value chain partners (incl. Marketing, Digital, Retail, B&PB, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Legal) to support the shaping and delivery of customer initiatives
- Lead the enduring focus on NPS and complaints management for the deposit products
- Lead and inspire your team of 3 to perform, grow and deliver

**Day to day you will**:

- Develop and deliver initiatives to achieve safe, sustainable growth and NPS objectives
- Work with the deposit product value chain including Marketing, Digital Sales, Distribution, Operations, analytics to deliver a great experience for our customers.
- Influence and manage relationships with Sub-Domains to shape, prioritise and deliver customer initiatives and propositions
- Understand product economics and key customer choice drivers to ensure product offers are desirable and commercially viable.
- Analyse and utilise key customer/ competitor, pricing and distribution information trends to inform tactical and strategic initiatives

**What you'll bring**:
You are a passionate people leader with a proven track record of effectively leading and motivating cross-functional teams. You can demonstrate the following experience and knowledge:

- Tertiary and/or post-graduate qualifications in a relevant discipline such as Business or equivalent
- Previous experience in financial services across product, strategy or finance
- Recent and relevant deposits and payments experience in a highly regulated environment
- Track record of experience in managing risk events, change initiative delivery, P&L performance and portfolio growth
- A track of record setting priorities, delivering and executing for results
- Outstanding influence, collaboration and relationship building experience and skills
- Proven negotiation and relationship management skills at senior levels
- Experience understanding business drivers, with financial and commercial orientation
- Boundless energy and passion
