Trawalla-Beaufort OSHClub is looking for a passionate and dedicated Coordinator to take ownership of an existing small yet beautiful service in Trawalla. This is a permanent part-time (28 hours per week) role for those experienced in working with children, dedicated to take ownership of an existing service and passionate about development of a team. As a member of the OSHC team you would help the school build enrolments through advertising our program at Trawalla. You would work alongside both Trawalla and Beaufort schools to help boost the attendances within program.

**Hours are as follows**: Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 09:00 AM ( Rise then Shine Program ) and 03:00 - 06:00 PM ( Stay and Play Program ) plus additional admin hours. The middle of your day is free plus you can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too

About the role

Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.
Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.
Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration.

About the school

Trawalla-Beaufort OSHClub is an existing medium sized 65 licence capacity service located at Trawalla Primary School, just off the freeway with a very tight school community. The school consists of 7 children total with the OSHC service receiving some children from Beaufort Primary School via bus as well. The children at Trawalla largely use our service to encourage socialization and extracurricular experiences. Our Trawalla OSHClub service is located in a shared space, we have half of a large classroom and full access to the school ground as well as the school kitchen allowing some amazing cooking experiences to take place

We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:
Enjoy working with kids.
Strong and clear communication.
Team player with a desire to become a service leader.
Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children.
