At PrintLocker, we are committed to ensuring our operation is eco-friendly and work tirelessly to minimise our environmental footprint, using water-based ink, offering organic products and only using WRAP-certified suppliers.

This full-time position will be the first point of contact for our company, playing a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive first impression. Beyond greeting visitors and managing incoming calls, this role will include customer service across multiple platforms, order quoting and general administrative duties.

What you will get to do:

- Receive visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Take and deliver accurate phone messages, with all relevant contact information.
- Assist customers with collection of online orders.
- Assist in general administrative duties.
- Manage Podium messaging platform and reply in timely manner.
- Provide prompt issue resolution to ensure that customers' expectations are met.
- Generate customer quotes and orders as required.

About You:

- Fast learner with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly.

- Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions; copes effectively with complexity and change.

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
