About the Role
BHP is seeking an Electrical Supervisor for our Infrastructure Maintenance team for our Mining Area C and South Flank Hub. Reporting to the Superintendent Infrastructure and Services, your role will involve safely leading and supporting a team comprised of Electrical Technicians, Contractors and Fire System Inspectors in the maintenance of all non-plant infrastructure on site.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with the Mine Safety and Inspection Act and Mines Safety Inspection Regulations namely with S26 Statutory Supervisor.
Monitoring of asset electrical integrity and compliance to statutory maintenance & inspection requirements.
Overseeing compliance with electrical standards, weekly work schedule, operating standards, procedures.
The role will be offered on a fly-in fly-out basis from Perth, working 8 days on, 6 days off, 7 nights on, 7 days off.

About You
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
Leadership Experience: In a mining or heavy industry environment.
Technical Expertise: WA "A grade" Electrical Licence or Engineering.
1SAP, planning and work management experience
Operational Knowledge: Demonstrated working knowledge of infrastructure maintenance practises.
Safety Leadership: A track record of championing safety initiatives, critical risk management, and fostering a culture of trust and accountability.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems while ensuring efficient and sustainable outcomes.
Collaborative Mindset: Interpersonal skills and a commitment to working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
