**The role**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assurance Specialist to join our Legal, Risk and Compliance team. Located at our Melbourne office you will have the ability to work a hybrid model.

Your new role makes a significant contribution towards executing Sportsbet's risk management and compliance strategy and operating model by performing an assurance advisor and partnering role to a portfolio of departments within the business.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Perform assurance on key controls in line with Sportsbet's Risk Management Framework and Assurance Framework
- Provide regular opinion / recommendation connecting assurance outcomes with risk, strategy and performance verbally and via written reports
- Prepare dashboards for stakeholders as to the status of controls across Sportsbet
- Support the identification of controls and assurance across Compliance obligations
- Provide regular opinion / recommendation on state of compliance across processes, systems and initiatives verbally and via written reports
