to join our team at our Dandenong regional office. If you're recently qualified in
Mechanical Engineering
(especially with an interest in
hydraulics
), this is your chance to dive into real-world projects, receive one-on-one mentoring, and build a strong foundation for a future-proof career.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
What You'll Be Doing
Working in a High-Performance Team environment
, you'll get hands-on experience with exciting work like:
Evaluating new product ideas and market opportunities
Representing Parker to key customers and handling product-related inquiries
Working Hand in Hand with Key Distribution channels to drive product growth
Configuring industrial and mobile valves based on real customer designs
Configuring Hydraulic Cylinders for quotation
Supporting R&D projects alongside our product managers and engineers
Assisting with order delivery, customer support and quality improvements

Are confident with computers (MS Office, AutoCAD, databases)
Basic AutoCAD proficiency is required
Have strong time management and organisational skills
Love learning, working with a team, and making things better
Excellent Communicator with strong relationship building skills
