**Wardrobe Services Supervisor - Crown Perth**

- As a Wardrobe Services Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the overall Wardrobe Services operations to ensure a high standard of service is provided. We are looking for someone with strong people management skills and the ability to problem solve and make quick decisions.

**Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Managing the day-to-day operations of the wardrobe services department
- Management of H&S and compliance requirements.
- Daily roster changes and break management
- Overseeing daily linen orders
- Managing laundry productivity

**To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following**:

- Sound computer skills including the use of MS Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous people management experience
- Good working knowledge of workplace health and safety legislative and statutory requirements
- Knowledge of fabric and fibres is desirable but not essential
- Working in a Laundry environment or clothing desirable but not essential
- Flexibility with working hours to work on a 24/7 roster. Must be available to work weekends and late shifts
