Redlands United are looking for a Kitchen Team Leader, to lead our young team of kitchen staff and oversee our Canteen & Coffee operations.

This is a flexible position, can be as many as 20 - 25 hours a week but we are open to splitting the role between 2 or even 3 people. Ideally you will be available to work either a Saturday or Sunday.

Our canteen is open on match days for our Mens, Ladies and Academy programs, as well as select other events.
- Have practical experience of a working kitchen, ideally a café, coffee shop or restaurant but if you can cook at home we'd love to have a chat.
- Ideally hold a food safety qualification or have an understanding of current food safety regulations, but not essential.
- Hold a current RSA certificate or be prepared to obtain one.
- Have some leadership experience, this could be in the workplace, voluntary work, sports or simply running a busy family
- Have some Barista experience, which would be highly regarded.
- Hold or be capable of obtaining a valid Blue Card (we can arrange for the successful applicant)

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $23.23 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Weekend availability
