We're on a mission to redefine the customer experience, and we need a passionate Site Lead to join our Desktop Support Officer team in Lewisham.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support - Site Lead to effectively manage site operations, liaise with headquarters, and improve site functionality.
The ideal candidate is personable, passionate about problem-solving with technology, and enjoys daily interaction.
Responsibilities include resolving device issues, prioritizing customer satisfaction, and providing user training.
Building strong customer rapport is essential for success.
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate IT service delivery, managing daily technology issues and engaging with client site leadership.
Develop personable relationships with end-users, gather feedback, and continuously improve service quality.
Present monthly IT operations reports and ensure documentation, processes, and procedures are current.
Identify process gaps and collaborate on designing and implementing improvements.
Support IT operations across offices, including meeting room tech, event tech, new office setups, and hardware/software management.
Manage hardware ordering, software licensing, and quote approvals in collaboration with relevant teams.
Partner with People & Culture to manage the employee technology lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
Mentor junior team members and assist with IT projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a Desktop Support role
Strong network knowledge
Proficiency with Windows 10 and 11
Experience with Remote Desktop Servers
Experience with SharePoint
Experience with Windows Server 2016 / 2019
Ability to present reports and issues to management
Positive attitude and proactive approach
Willingness to learn new technology solutions
Experience with A/V hardware and systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
