**The role**

Working closely with the HR & Systems Manager, you'll assist with various tasks across the HR & Systems function, including recruitment, documentation/reporting and boosting engagement in our existing software.

To be successful in this role, you can demonstrate a high level of confidentiality, attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills. Experience with MS Office, Outlook, goal setting and HR software highly advantageous.

This is a casual position based in The Channon, NSW.

**Responsibilities of this role**
- Assist in managing calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
- Maintain and update HR-related documents, such as employee records and confidential files
- Prepare HR-related correspondence, including offer letters and employment contracts
- Draft or update policies, procedures and management resources, as required
- Assist with internal HR & Systems audits, data analysis and reporting
- Provide refresher training in existing software, to boost engagement
- Explore and utilise new features in our HRIS software

**What skills do you bring?**
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or HR assistant
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Proficiency in Outlook, MS Office and using software in general
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of HR practices, policies and employment laws
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Ideal, but not required: Qualification in HR or a related field
