Overview
Location: Chermside West, Queensland, Australia
Role:Business Banking Manager - Chermside QLDatNAB.
Responsibilities
Discover new business and referral prospects while building, expanding, and leveraging networks of internal and external contacts.
Preserve and improve your portfolio's credit risk profile while optimising profitability.
Launch initiatives to foster customer growth in the local market and execute annual business plans for your portfolio.
Work with internal specialists to best serve your customers.
Keep up with market trends, competitive offering and regulatory changes to offer strategic insights that can enhance client acquisition and retention efforts.
Qualifications
A hunger to find new opportunities with the goal of building long lasting relationships
Seasoned business banking and relationship management experience
A genuine passion for customer service
A curiosity to drive efficiencies and effectiveness across the team, business partners and overall value chain by modelling NAB's values and behaviours
Experience in lending and sound ability to read and interpret all aspects of customer financials.
Experience in lending for small to medium sized business customers $1 to $10M.
