**Job Title: Digital Technical Lead**

**Contract**: Initial 12-month contract with possible extensions

**Summary**

Our client, a local government authority, is currently engaged in multiple well-funded projects. They seek a long-term contractor with a diverse skill set, including Architecture Design, Technical Leadership, Application Design, Implementation, and hands-on coding in the Microsoft Tech stack.

While this may seem like a challenging ask due to the breadth of skills required, the opportunity offers great fulfillment. You will have the chance to lead projects from high-level architecture design to implementation and production, witnessing the positive impact of your work on communities.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Manage technical deliverables in the digital programs inclusive of illustrating the architecture solution design and presenting it to the IT- Security Architecture Review Board
- Develop system changes that meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget
- Maintain knowledge of current and future technology,
- Ensure quality of support and development

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years' experience in.NET development
- Experience in designing solution for complex enterprise IT landscape in both on-premise and hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Competency in technical project management
- Demonstrated high level analytical and written skills and the ability to develop business cases
- Experience in managing development and production environments
- Experience in developing and managing CI/CD pipeline
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
