Job Description About the RoleAs Store Business Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the overall performance of your store-delivering an exceptional customer experience, building a high-performing team, and driving sales and profitability.
This is an opportunity to take real ownership of your store and make a meaningful impact as part of a brand that values its people and purpose.Your key responsibilities will include:Leading a passionate and professional team to deliver outstanding customer serviceDriving sales results and exceeding store KPIsCoaching, developing and mentoring team members to grow their retail careersEnsuring excellence in visual merchandising and stock managementCreating a store culture that reflects the MJ Bale brand and values Desired Skills and Experience What We're Looking ForYou're a confident and experienced retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced, premium environment.
You love engaging with customers, motivating your team, and bringing a high standard of energy and attention to everything you do.To be successful in this role, you will have:Proven experience managing a fashion/lifestyle retail store (1-3 years minimum)A strong understanding of sales targets, KPIs and retail operationsA natural leadership style with a focus on collaboration, coaching and accountabilityPassion for styling, tailoring, and premium customer serviceStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailWhat You'll Enjoy at M.J.
