About The Role

As Store Business Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the overall performance of your store—delivering an exceptional customer experience, building a high-performing team, and driving sales and profitability. This is an opportunity to take real ownership of your store and make a meaningful impact as part of a brand that values its people and purpose.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Leading a passionate and professional team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Driving sales results and exceeding store KPIs
• Coaching, developing and mentoring team members to grow their retail careers
• Ensuring excellence in visual merchandising and stock management
• Creating a store culture that reflects the MJ Bale brand and values

• 1–3+ years running a fashion or lifestyle retail store
• A hands-on leader who can motivate and have fun while getting results
• Confidence with sales, KPIs, and operations — you know your stuff
• A love of premium menswear and styling
