The studio features a tea lounge, communal areas, and a Montessori-inspired crèche to support members with young children.

**About the Role**

We're seeking a certified Reformer & Hot Mat Pilates Instructor to join our growing team. You'll deliver group classes with a focus on safe, effective movement while helping to uphold our supportive studio environment.

**What We're Looking For**
- A genuine passion for Pilates and movement
- Certification in Reformer and Mat Pilates (experience in heated environments is a plus)
- A positive, reliable, and professional attitude
- An inclusive, friendly teaching style that supports clients of all backgrounds
- A strong team player who values collaboration and community
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, or weekends preferred
- A clear understanding on Classical and Contemporary Pilates, and the ability to teach both, or a mixture of both, to suit class types.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Teach high-quality Reformer and Hot Mat Pilates classes
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive space for all members
- Support the studio team in maintaining a calm, professional atmosphere
- Arrive prepared, punctual, and present for each class
