Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Flexologist to deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and build our client base.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality stretch sessions with passion and motivation.
  • Build relationships with clients through excellent communication and empathy.
  • Create a positive environment that welcomes all people and fosters membership growth.
  • Maintain the highest standards of safety in stretch techniques and adhere to company policies.
Requirements
  • Possess a genuine enthusiasm for boutique fitness environments and a passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility.
  • Preferred background includes Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, Pilates or Yoga Instructor, Sports Science, or experience working in a fitness/health environment.
  • Fitness or massage certification is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people are essential.
  • A professional work ethic and reliability are also crucial.
  • Sales experience is an added bonus.
