They are currently seeking a motivated individual to be a Receptionist Trainee.

**About the role**

Day to day duties include (but not limited to):

- Answering inbound calls and general reception duties
- Basic sales enquiries;
- Preparation and distribution of invoices and statements;
- Management of accounts payable & receivable including following up of outstanding debtors;
- Bank reconciliation of business accounts and bookkeeping;
- Maintaining the client database including the verification and addition of new clients;
- General office duties including electronic and paper filing and assisting the Managing Director as required;
- Other duties as required

To be a successful applicant on this role, you must be:

- Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Software (Excel, Word etc.)
- A desire to pursue a career in business and administration, by having a willingness to learn and develop skills
- Great customer service skills
- Has a friendly and outgoing personality
