We are a luxury bridal shoe and accessories boutique based in Haberfield, Sydney with a strong e-commerce presence. We are currently seeking an eCommerce And Marketing Assistant to play a pivotal role in the fast growth trajectory of THE WHITE COLLECTION and in house designer brand HARLO.

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience and assisting the head of marketing and brand in digital marketing execution.

**The Role**
- Assist in strategy implementation for The White Collection and Harlo's social media channels, notably Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
- Assist our dispatch team with online orders from the showroom and additional dispatch locations.
- Processing and tracking of online returns: refunds and exchanges.
- Assisting with monitoring inventory levels, reporting on stock discrepancies and stock replenishment
- Key focus on meeting and exceeding weekly sales targets in an effort to grow sales online through exceptional customer service
- Ensure all website content and imagery are updated and displaying correctly
- Manage the upload of product collateral (imagery and product information) on Shopify
- Assist head of marketing and brand to optimise the online customer experience through _form_ and function of the eCommerce sales channel.
- Assist the head of marketing and brand in coordinating and implementing SEO optimisations as directed by external SEO management.
- Content creation for social media channels, static and video.
- Provide actionable weekly insights and assist head of marketing and brand with in-depth monthly reporting
- Demonstrated experience in customer service and sales.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms - ideally Shopify.
- Familiarity with Mail Chimp and demonstrated experience with EDM creation.
- You're a clear communicator - both written and spoken.
- High attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills, and efficiency in juggling a number of tasks simultaneously.
- A positive and energetic attitude combined with good listening skills.
- Initiative and ability to problem solve and provide efficient solutions to daily tasks.
- A background in social media marketing is highly favourable
