As the Assistant Underwriter, you will utilise and develop a broad knowledge across multiple lines of business to handle complex tasks across the Liability underwriting portfolios. You will support broker and customers queries and general underwriting operations, including processing invoices, policies, endorsements, and cancellations.

You will work closely with Underwriters and Service Consultants to ensure service activities are achieved within service level agreements and coordinate responses with appropriate stakeholders where required.

**This is a 12-month contract opportunity.**

- Previous experience within an insurance role, with a general knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Ability to ensure prompt and effective response to client requests and interactions. Ability to anticipate customer needs and satisfy them proactively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain trustful, working relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- A strong eye for detail with the ability to process information with high level of accuracy.
