We are urgently seeking an experienced Finance Officer for a part time role within an educational setting located in the Ipswich area. Initially this role will be 3 days per week (some flexibility with days but must include Friday's) with the possible opportunity to become 5 days per week in the future.

**You will need to have**:

- Accounts Payable and Receivable experience
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Sound all-round administration skills
- Current Paid Blue Card

**This role will provide accounts processing and administration support, including**:

- Accounts payable processing (including following up purchase orders, checking and entering invoices, preparing payments for processing)
- Accounts receivable processing (including raising and sending invoices, allocating payments from bank statement)
- Associated administration duties to support the team
