This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading
- Initial 6-month contract with possible extension paying $940/day (full-time or part-time)
- Brisbane City Fringe Location (South-East) with flexibility to WFH 2 days per week

Our client, a large complex organisation within the education sector, are currently seeking a Change Analyst for various ICT Projects to work on change impacts but also bolster and support change activities for communications, training and change readiness.
- Expertise in identifying and evaluating impacts of change, clarifying scope and document the change
- Supporting workshops and engaging with stakeholders to raise awareness, foster collaboration, and ensure clear communication throughout the change process
- Supporting project managers and change team throughout the change
- Updating change management documents and templates

Looking for someone to work on change impacts but also bolster and support change activities for communications, training and change readiness.

**Skills and experience required**:

- Strong stakeholder management and engagement capability
- Ability to deliver effective communications to all levels of the organisation via varied channels
- Experience in change analysis activities for all aspects of the project lifecycle with a focus of effective change delivery
- Minimum 3 years' experience in ICT project change management and communications
- Proven track record of working in multi-disciplinary teams
