**About the position**
The Maintenance Accounts Officer is responsible for providing administrative and financial functions to support our Maintenance Division - My Place Property Maintenance (MPPM). The role reports to the General Manager and is based in Beresfield.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Coordination of invoice management, including Accounts Payable/Receivable;
- Liaising with trades, contractors and suppliers to ensure maintenance and supplier invoicing is processed in a timely fashion with specific focus on WIP liabilities;
- Ensuring maintenance and supplier invoices (responsive, planned, vacant/void invoicing) are managed within agreed timeframes and quality standards

**Selection Criteria**:
To be considered for this position, all applicants must address the following Selection Criteria:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position;
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving ability;
- Possess highly developed organisation and time management skills;
- Excellent administration, workplace etiquette, protocols, written and verbal communication skills;
- Highly desirable would be a qualification in the field of accounts or accounting.
