Job Opportunity
">We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Beresfield, NSW.
">About the Role:
">This is a casual opportunity that involves providing administration and support for business operations. You will be responsible for onboarding new employees, maintaining employee files, and assisting with rostering.
">You will also be updating and maintaining data files, rail industry portals, and spreadsheets for training purposes. Additionally, you will prepare reports to meet KPI requirements, book training, medicals, courses, and inductions.
">Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organisational and time management skills. You should also have strong written and verbal communication skills, and be proficient in MS Office - Word and Excel.
">Prior experience in the rail industry would be highly regarded, as well as the ability to learn new systems and maintain accurate records. An Australian driver's licence is also required.
