This is a rare opportunity to join a newly expanded ExecutiveLeadershipTeam and shape the future of education across more than 230 member schools and 145,000 students.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, this is a rare opportunity to shape strategy at the highest level and have a direct influence on the future of education in Victoria.
As a key voice at theleadershiptable, you\'ll contribute to work that is both varied, meaningful and impactful.
Job Description
Leadthe design and delivery of high-impact learning programs for Education professionals
Collaboratewith thoughtleadersand buildtrustednetworks.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in learning design.
Contribute to ISV\'s strategic direction and member value proposition.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Professional Learning should have:
Deep expertise in professional learning theory and practice.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in education or a related field.
Proven experience in strategic program design and delivery.
Outstanding facilitation and coaching skills.
Strong stakeholder engagement and teamleadershipcapabilities.
Acollaborativemindset andcommitmentto innovation and equity.
