Job Overview
The Data Analysis Professional role involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of managed fund data within our internal system, while also generating multiple reports for clients under tight timeframes.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain data integrity of managed funds and generate reports for clients within strict timeframes.
Resolve client queries efficiently and escalate complex issues to the manager.
Perform tasks such as generating price age reports, following up with relevant parties, and obtaining distribution-related data.
Add or delete funds in our internal system.
Develop familiarity with our proprietary operational system, achieving proficiency within 3 months.
Navigate the system to facilitate enquiries, processing, and reporting.
Stay informed about system enhancements and changes that impact usage and deliverables.
Understand variations between clients and their associated deliverables.
Learn and identify variations between fund structures and how to service them on the platform.
Qualifications / Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years' experience in fund operations or financial services.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
High level of professionalism and work ethic.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Intermediate Excel and Microsoft application skills.
Good understanding of the managed funds industry.
