Job Title: Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The Business Intelligence Specialist will be responsible for undertaking high-quality research, strategic analysis, and reporting to support business objectives and enable continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, experience working with data management systems, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze critical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting in-depth analysis of business operations to identify areas for improvement;
  • Developing and maintaining complex data models and dashboards to support business decision-making;
  • Providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive business growth;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business initiatives;
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of business performance metrics.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or data analytics;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a business intelligence or analytics role;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
