You will support and coordinate technical aspects of teaching, research and diagnostic activities undertaken in the necropsy suite, including hands on involvement in animal postmortems.
This position is responsible for the maintenance, cleanliness and good order of the necropsy suite and for maintaining accurate client records and pathology databases.You will also be working with the broader Anatomy and Pathology Team to provide cover and support for the Anatomical Pathology Technician, as well as other team members.Your Key responsibilities will include –Maintain necropsy suite operations – ensure cleanliness, equipment readiness, and proper disposal of remainsSupport pathology services – assist with necropsies, sample handling, data entry, and technical support for teaching and researchManage records and compliance – document procedures, maintain SOPs, and ensuring adherence to university and legislative standardsPlease refer to the Position Description for further details.What We Offer You
This Fixed Term (12 Months) | Full Time (37.5 hours per week) attracts a remuneration of $ 79K– $88K plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.
