About this Role

This is a Fixed Term position for 12 months. As the successful applicant, you will be responsible for maintaining the necropsy suite operations including cleanliness, equipment readiness and proper disposal of remains.

The necropsy suite supports pathology services by assisting with necropsies, sample handling, data entry and technical support for teaching and research activities.

As part of the Anatomy and Pathology Team, you will also provide cover and support for the Anatomical Pathology Technician and other team members.

  • Maintain necropsy suite operations – ensure cleanliness, equipment readiness, and proper disposal of remains
  • Support pathology services – assist with necropsies, sample handling, data entry, and technical support for teaching and research
  • Manage records and compliance – document procedures, maintain SOPs, and ensuring adherence to standards
