An excellent opportunity for a Quality Specialist Materials to join our Blayney Factory and gain cross-functional development and experience in QA to support future growth and career opportunities.

**A day in the life**

Reporting to the Lab & Compliance Manager, key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Plan & conduct Nestle vendor audits
- Prepare audit reports, raise nonconformities, take approve/disapprove decision, follow-up & closure of non-conformities
- Raising of Quality notifications (QP) to defective raw materials & follow-up corrective actions until closure of the QP
- Contaminant monitoring of new raw materials/new samples
- SAP work related to raw material & vendor set-up & maintenance
- Lead vendor improvement projects ex: foreign body reduction projects

**What will make you successful**
- Joining a collaborative team of specialists, you will be a strong team player with a drive to deliver quality outcomes.
- Previous experience in conducting vendor audits
- preferred
- Lead Auditor or internal auditor training
- Strong computer skills with primary focus on Excel, Word, Outlook and SAP.
- Be able to liaise with vendors & internal stake holders
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel. This role requires travelling to vendor sites within Australia & infrequently to New Zealand.
