Product Quality Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Product Quality Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers on the sales floor, providing expert knowledge on products and services, prioritizing the repackaging of returned items, assembling IKEA furniture according to instructions, communicating quality standards, and building strong relationships with colleagues and other departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support on the sales floor.
  • Prioritize the recovery and resale of returned items by repackaging them to their original condition where possible.
  • Assemble IKEA furniture accurately and efficiently to ensure complete functionality.
  • Communicate the importance of quality and the quality reporting process to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a focus on sustainability in all aspects of product recovery and recycling.

Requirements:

  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with colleagues and other departments.
  • Passion for the IKEA range and experience with furniture assembly.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated problem-solver.
  • Strong customer focus and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to perform regular physical tasks and manual handling.
