Key Responsibilities
Coordinate dealer network projects including new appointments, relocations, facility upgrades, and terminations
Maintain and update the dealer database across all brands, including contact details, ownership structures, and contractual status
Support the creation of presentations and reports for dealer network development initiatives
Assist with compliance monitoring of dealer agreements, brand standards, and corporate identity guidelines
About You
A certificate or diploma in Business Administration (or similar) is required. Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within the automotive or retail network sector, is also necessary.
Key Skills:
Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail are required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint) and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is also essential.
