**Your role**:
**As a Workday Functional Consultant within our PBS - Oracle team, you'll work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Workday HCM solutions.**

**_You will play a key role in:

- **
- **Support Workday integration interfaces (15+), including issue analysis, testing, and coordination with third-party systems like Chris21 Payroll system.**:

- **Conduct root cause analysis and drive permanent resolutions for recurring issues.**:

- **Participate in the planning, testing, and rollout of Workday bi-annual releases, ensuring compatibility and feature adoption.**:

- **Maintain up-to-date support documentation and SOPs related to Workday modules and processes.**:

- **Escalate unresolved issues to Workday support and track resolutions as needed.**:

- **Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in service management and automation**

**Your profile**:

- **5 to 8 years of hands-on experience supporting Workday HCM**:

- **Deep understanding of Workday HCM functional modules,**:

- **Proven experience with Service Management disciplines, including: Incident, Problem, Service Request Management and Minor enhancements & Release Management and Regression Testing and Application Monitoring**:

- **Experience with support tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA**:

- **Workday certification(s) in any relevant module.**:

- **Exposure to Workday Finance, Adaptive Planning and Workday Help modules is desirable**:

- **Experience in working with third-party systems and integrated environments like Chris21 Payroll system
