Production Planner Specialist

Key Role in Supply Chain Team
The Production Planner plays a crucial part in our supply chain, reporting to the Supply Planning Supervisor. This role interprets forecasts to deliver short-term production plans.
Working closely with purchasing and operational teams, you'll identify exceptions, prioritize demand, and optimize work practices.
Duties:
Generate supply plans aligned with operational processes based on forecast data.
Manage inventory for operations fulfillment.
Escalate capacity issues through Supply Chain and Operations for prompt action.
Coordinate regular meetings with Operational teams to ensure alignment with forecasts.
Ensure supply plans align with customer requirements, internal metrics (DIFOT, Fill Rate), and global strategies while considering material constraints and capacity limitations.
Transfer short-term plans to scheduling teams for production execution at agreed intervals.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Supply Planner is essential.
High proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Good working knowledge of ERP systems.
Self-motivation, positive attitude, and attention to detail are key.
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain or equivalent highly regarded.
