**Role Description/Criteria**

We are a two stream, straight-grade school, with a steady enrolment of around 330 students, Foundation (Prep) to Year 6.
**_We are seeking to appoint a Learning Support Officer: Vietnamese Speaking, to support classroom teachers and to assist the learning needs of our students._**
The successful applicant will be an integral part of a strong & cohesive staff team, leading, serving & educating our Catholic school community.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate a commitment to building positive relationships with students, staff & parents.

Whilst the offer of employment is initially fixed term, there may be the possibility of it becoming ongoing in the future.
The date of commencement will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Special Requirements:
- A current Working With Children Check & National Police Record History Check, and is considered to be a suitable person to engage in child connected work
- A Certificate 3 or 4 qualification in Educational Support or equivalent (preferred)
- Committed to child safety and the Child Safety & Wellbeing Standards (Ministerial Order 1359)

- Monday to Friday, 8.40 am to 3.40 pm (negotiable)
