Your Role:

As a Property Consultant, you will:

• Provide expert property advice, focusing on buyers from Vietnam.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships using Mandarin or Vietnamese.
• Engage with clients using social media platforms like Facebook, Zalo (Vietnam), and Instagram.
• Guide clients through the end-to-end property buying process.
• Meet and exceed personal sales targets while delivering exceptional service.
• Receive comprehensive training on Australian property knowledge, sales techniques, and social media strategies.

What We Look For:

• Fluent in Mandarin or Vietnamese.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates with experience are highly encouraged to apply.
• Previous sales experience required, preferably in real estate or related industries.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, client-first attitude.
• Confident using social media to build personal brand and generate leads.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to develop a successful sales career.
• Valid real estate license preferred (or willingness to obtain, training provided).
