**In this role you will**:

- Drive performance of sales team members, ensuring target achievement, all while delivering world-class customer service
- Coach the team to build lasting relationships with our valued clients by understanding their needs and offering the perfect Mazda for their lifestyle
- Contribute to a supportive, upbeat, and goal-oriented team culture
- Assist customers and team members in understanding pricing, financing options, and trade-in values
- Assist in managing dealership activities and maintaining a high level of customer service
- Help deliver and monitor effective sales plans and KPI's to the teams.
- Keep abreast of market changes and maintain product knowledge.
- Assist in the recruitment and ongoing training of the sales team.
- Work collaboratively with other departments including service, part finance and accessories.

- A proven track record in working to KPI's and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to use the dealerships CRM programs.
- The ability to work as part of a team and lead by example
- A Full QLD Drivers Licence.
